落叶归根: Fallen Leaves

I spent the summer of 2022 traveling through Singapore and Japan researching sustainable fashion practices. I interviewed fashion designers, brand-owners, and artisans to learn how they incorporate sustainability into their businesses. This collection reflects my biggest takeaways from my research: mainly, that there is an overwhelming influence on tradition and heritage within the sustainable fashion industry. All textiles used for this collection were collected during my travels are sustainably sourced from second-hand markets and scraps from artisans.
